Shake tube before use (to prevent separation between the cream and oil). Apply generously to affected areas for maximum pain relief. May reapply as often as desired.

CAUTION:

If using Low Level Light Therapy (LLLT by Anodyne), never apply Rapid Relief Pain Cream before using the LLLT. This can cause irritation or burning to the skin. Once you have finished your LLLT session, you may then apply the pain relief cream.
