Shipping Policies

Free Shipping (Continental USA)

All orders over $65 placed within the continental USA qualify for free shipping.

Standard Shipping

All orders received before 12 pm (CST) will be processed within the same day.  Any order received after 12 pm (CST) will be processed the following day.  Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to arrive.* Orders with standard shipping travel via USPS First Class mail.

* Expect delays if orders are placed over the weekend, holidays, or inclement weather conditions. The NUPHORIA Shipping Center operates Monday through Saturdays.  We are closed on Sundays and major holidays.

International Orders

Nuphoria has the ability to ship our products world-wide. However, there are some considerations you should be aware of that are outside of our control

  • Some countries such as Mexico, Spain, Greece, and South Africa do not allow import of supplements through mail order. It is incumbent upon you the customer to know your country's rules and regulations as it pertains to importing supplements. 
  • While checking out, you have the option to choose from various carriers.  Shipping time is dependent on the carrier you choose.
  • While choosing the cheapest shipping option is tempting, our experience has been that they are the least reliable, have poor tracking, and have the longest shipping time (3-4 weeks).
  • Shipping Insurance is mandatory for your protection.
  • You will be responsible for custom and duty fees
  • Please note that once the product reaches your country, we no longer have any control over the shipping process. Thus we are not liable for products that do not reach your specific destination for any reason such as a product being held by customs, failure to make payment for tax or duty fees, loss or any other reason.

Damaged/Missing Packages (USA Only)

If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged product along with the inside and outside of the box/envelope and contact Customer Care within 30 days of the order date.
If your order tracking information shows that your order was delivered, but you have not received it, or you are missing part of your order, please contact Customer Care within seven days of the delivery date listed on the tracking information. Failure to report a missing order or products, will prevent a proper investigation and will prohibit us from providing a replacement.

NOTE:

The unauthorized reselling or distribution of Nuphoria cm products is prohibited. Orders placed with the intention of exchanging money for product, are against NUPHORIA cm company policy. We have alerts in our system setup to identify such orders. NUPHORIA cm reserves the right to cancel any order, without prior notification to the customer for violation to this company policy.
