Refund Policy for Infrared Therapy Device

Infrared therapy devices are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase. All items must be in like new condition. To initiate a return/refund for an infrared therapy device, you must call us at 844-400-0101 to obtain a return authorization (RA) code. No returns or refunds will be accepted without an RA number.

Any/all infrared therapy devices sold during promotional programs such as 'Open Box' sale/promotion or 'Demo' sale/promotion are sold 'as is' and are not eligible for return or a refund.

Refunds for Infrared therapy devices may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if not returned in "Like New" condition.

Doctor Guided Home Care Program are eligible for return within 15 days of purchase. All items must be unused and unopened. Please see refund policy for infrared laser device as it applies to this program. Individual items cannot be separated from the program for the purpose of a refund.

Need to Return Something?

All refunds are processed upon receipt of product(s). 

Make sure to include your ‘Return Authorization’ number with the return of Infrared Therapy Devices or Home Care Programs. 

Please note:  A tracking number is highly recommended.  Lost packages are not eligible for refunds. Please forward tracking number to our customer service at info@Nuphoria.com along with the information listed below.

Any and all returns should include the following information in the package:

• Full name,
• Order number
• Phone number
• RA number for Infrared Devices or Home Care Programs
• Reason for Return
